Can I send my email, letter and gift anonymously?
All letters and gifts at OopsIWannaSay.com are sent anonymously. None of your personal information will be divulged under any cirumstances.
How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?
All prices in our website are listed in Singapore dollars (SGD). We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Paypal.
Shopping at OopsIWannaSay.com is safe. Every credit card purchase and transaction is secured through PayPal with SSL encryption software to ensure that your transaction is safe.
For customers in Singapore, we allow payment via Internet Banking as well.
How do I know that my order has been processed?
You will receive an email notification of your order, which will contain all the details of your order, after your order has been processed. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, you can email customer service at sales@oopsiwannasay.com to verify whether your order has been processed or not. You can also email customer service if you have lost this email for any reason.
Do you keep our emails?
No, we do not keep emails. We will only need your email at the point of the transaction.
Do you give refunds?
We do not give refunds unless the recipient does not reply with their mailing address (only if you had chosen to send a package). We guarantee that no unauthorised charges will be charged on your credit card.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! All orders will be sent through SingPost.
How long will it take for my order to reach its target? How much do you charge for shipping?
Your order will be sent on the following business day after receipt of order. Delivery time in Singapore would be within 1-2 business days. Delivery time varies for different countries.
Delivery charges are included in our prices.
Do you receive emails from recipients where they are clearly offended? Will you then reveal to the sender about this? What if this was sent as a prank?
Naturally, we do receive emails from recipients asking whether someone really sent this to them and whether they really have that problem.
We will NEVER reveal the sender's identity as stated earlier. We are unable to guess the sender's intention and we do not condone pranks. As such, as far as we are concerned, we are sending the package/ email on behalf of the sender due to a legitimate problem.
How would I know that the recipient has received the package or email?
For emails, we will attach a read receipt. As for the package, we will give our contact details in the letter asking the recipient to acknowledge whether they have received the package.
In addition, we will contact them a month later to find out the effectiveness of the product(s).
